As a member of the Maintenance team with Henry Management, Inc., the Maintenance Technician is a vital component of our community's day to day impression on existing residents and prospective residents.  As such, the Maintenance Technician is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism.  Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not necessarily limited to those listed.

Ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, and maintaining sprinkler system.

-          Maintain trash-free property.

-          Maintain swimming pool(s) and equipment, including Saturday and Sunday.

-          Maintain clean vacant lots.

-          Maintain tools and equipment.

-          Maintain company vehicles.

-          Perform water and sewer line repairs

-          Read and repair utility meters (if applicable).

-          On-call for emergencies.
