Larry joined Henry Management in April, 2003 in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales Department. Prior to joining Henry Management he was employed by F & G Realty Company, Industrial Strength Software and Acxiom Corporation with extensive experience in Management, HR Consulting and Data Operations.

Larry is currently serving as the 2004-2005 President of the Arkansas Association of Realtors, the local chapter of the NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) and is a member of the Little Rock Realtors Association, the Arkansas Association of Realtors, Arkansas Association of College and Employer, South West Placement Association of College and Employer, The Central Arkansas Association of Human Resource and The Society of Human Resource.

He is a graduate of the National Real Estate School in North Little Rock , Arkansas and holds a BA from Philander Smith College at Little Rock , Arkansas .  Larry is an Arkansas native.
