Mrs. Gurlen currently serves as one of the Regional Managers for Henry Management, Inc. Kelly coordinates the on-site management staff at over 10 Individual properties, overseeing budgets and coordinating capital improvements for about 1000 units within Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, and Arkansas areas.
Kelly came to Henry Management from Best Buy in 2004 where she had 9 years of extensive work in general management and human resources. She was responsible for store merchandising, operations, inventory, and store P&L.
Kelly is a licensed Real Estate salesperson and a candidate for her Certified Property Manager License. She is also C3P certified and holds her COS designation.
