Mr. Kerr currently serves as our Vice President of brokerage over single-family, multi-family and commercial properties. Mr. Kerr is an ADFA Certified HOME Program Administrator. He is also an Associate of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multi-family brokerage.

Joshua has served as transaction manager of Henry Development overseeing the underwriting of acquisitions, rehabilitation, and financing for our portfolio of properties. 

He acquired his Arkansas Real Estate Agent’s license in July 2009.  Prior to real estate in 2008, he taught for ESL in Jakarta, Indonesia for English First.    Mr. Kerr graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in 2007.  Through the University of Central Arkansas, he attended Haagse Hogeschool in The Hague, Netherlands, where he completed courses in the International Business & Management Studies program. 

Mr. Kerr is a member of the Little Rock Realtors Association, the Arkansas Realtor’s Association, and the National Realtor’s Association.  He also holds his Mississippi real estate license.
