Mr. Henry currently serves as President and CEO of Henry Corporation of Arkansas Inc.  In 2001 Mr. Henry left his position as Executive Vice President of Property Operations of Bailey Properties, LLC to start his own company.  Starting with 2 employees and a 48 unit complex. Mr. Henry built an all service real estate company that spans three states and employees over 85 associates. 

Prior to starting Henry Management, Mr. Henry served as Executive Vice President of Property Operations from October 1, 1999 to 2001.  Mr. Henry was Chief Operating Officer from January 1998, Chief Financial Officer from January 1996 and Controller January 1991 to 1992. 

Mr. Henry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Mississippi.  He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). 

Mr. Henry is a member of the University of Arkansas Foundation Board, past president of the UALR Alumni Board,  past Regional Vice-President the Institute of Real Estate Management Region 5 and past President for Institute of Real Estate Management for Arkansas Chapter 64.
